About Bridge Street

A Cincinnati family business, built on 27+ years in construction.

Bridge Street Remodeling grew from Daniel Laudermilk’s lifelong goal: bring field experience, careful project leadership, and personal accountability together under one local name.

Meet Daniel

The person shaping the plan stays accountable for the work.

Daniel is a Cincinnati native with more than 27 years in the construction industry. His experience spans hands-on carpentry and project management, giving him a practical view of both the details in front of him and the decisions that affect the whole project.

He founded Bridge Street to give homeowners a more direct remodeling experience: honest conversations, careful planning, open communication, and a clear line of responsibility from the first meeting through the final walk-through.

“Your home is more than a building. It is where everyday life happens—and the work should respect that.”

Rooted here

The family behind Bridge Street.

Daniel and his wife, Connie, have been part of the Cincinnati community their entire lives. Connie’s human-resources background brings another layer of organization and professionalism to the family business.

Their sons also chose the trades: Alex pursued trim carpentry, and Connor pursued electrical work. That shared respect for craft, detail, and doing a job correctly is part of the company’s character.

Bridge Street serves the same Greater Cincinnati communities the Laudermilk family calls home. Local knowledge and long-term relationships matter because the company’s name stays attached to every finished project.

How we work

Precision is not a slogan. It is a sequence.

Understand the need, establish the scope, make the decisions visible, and execute the work with care.

01

Listen first

Understand what is not working and what a successful result needs to change.

02

Plan honestly

Talk through priorities, constraints, selections, budget, and timing before work begins.

03

Build precisely

Respect the home, communicate clearly, and give the details the attention they deserve.
